About the role
This role provides high quality administrative support to the Quality Department, supporting quality improvement activities, data collation, reporting, and accreditation requirements. The role assists the Quality and Risk Manager and Hospital Executive through effective coordination of documentation, meetings, and reporting, while maintaining confidentiality and contributing to the achievement of hospital quality and safety objectives.
Provides comprehensive, high quality administrative support to the Quality Department, including:
- Quality improvement activities
- Data collation and reporting
- Accreditation and compliance support
Key accountabilities include
- Data entry, spreadsheet management, and reporting support
- Preparing agendas, minutes, reports, and presentations
- Supporting accreditation activities and Quality Annual Plan objectives
- Coordinating consumer complaint documentation
- Maintaining confidentiality and privacy
- Providing general administrative and executive relief support
