About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our friendly 28-bed Orthopaedic Ward. This role will allow you to make a real difference for patients undergoing total joint replacements, upper and lower limb procedures, and spinal surgery.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting. Your excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and passion for client care will assist in providing a high standard of customer focused service, in line with Ramsay’s core values.
You will also bring:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Enrolled Nurses must be IV Qualified and medication endorsed
- Minimum 12 months’ post-graduate experience working in an acute setting (surgical or orthopaedic experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work a rotating 7-day roster

Requirements
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
