The Opportunity
The People Projects Manager will take charge of strategic initiatives concerning personnel matters, with a focus on organisational design, change management, culture, and performance & reward. This dynamic position calls for prior experience in navigating complex organisations and adept stakeholder management. Working in close collaboration with the People Leadership team, PMO, and cross-functional teams, the manager will ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with Ramsay’s strategic objectives. Please be advised that this position is a 24-month contract opportunity.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and oversee multiple HR projects, ensuring timely, scope-aligned, and budget-conscious delivery.
- Develop and manage clear project plans, timelines, and budgets for effective execution.
- Manage and guide project teams, including HR professionals and external vendors when needed.
- Proactively identify and address project risks and issues to maintain smooth progress.
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables meeting high-quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and accountability.
- Collaborate with leadership to assess change impacts and devise strategies for managing resistance and promoting positive culture.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
- Furnish regular updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
About You

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex HR projects.
- Profound comprehension of HR principles, encompassing change management, performance appraisal, and reward & recognition schemes.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines adeptly.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiencies.
Desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile).
