The Opportunity

The People Projects Manager will take charge of strategic initiatives concerning personnel matters, with a focus on organisational design, change management, culture, and performance & reward. This dynamic position calls for prior experience in navigating complex organisations and adept stakeholder management. Working in close collaboration with the People Leadership team, PMO, and cross-functional teams, the manager will ensure the successful delivery of projects aligned with Ramsay’s strategic objectives. Please be advised that this position is a 24-month contract opportunity.

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead and oversee multiple HR projects, ensuring timely, scope-aligned, and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Develop and manage clear project plans, timelines, and budgets for effective execution.
  • Manage and guide project teams, including HR professionals and external vendors when needed.
  • Proactively identify and address project risks and issues to maintain smooth progress.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables meeting high-quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation for reference and accountability.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess change impacts and devise strategies for managing resistance and promoting positive culture.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand and meet their needs.
  • Furnish regular updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders on project status and outcomes.

About You

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex HR projects.
  • Profound comprehension of HR principles, encompassing change management, performance appraisal, and reward & recognition schemes.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines adeptly.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving proficiencies.

Desirable but not essential

  • P​roficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project, Agile).​​​
