About the Role
In this position, you will handle food preparation for patients, staff and events.
- Your vital duty will be crafting nutritious meals customised to dietary requirements, promoting recovery and health.
- You will maintain food safety and quality, aligning with the Food Safety plan, HACCP standards and Hospital policy to contribute to healing.
Your Skills and Experience
- Certificate in Commercial Cooking
- Ability to cater to a wide variety of sensitive dietary requirements
- Must have a thorough understanding of allergy management practices
- Excellent work ethic and customer service skills
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
