About the role
We are seeking a customer focused Medical Receptionist with meticulous attention to detail to join our supportive and dedicated team in our Doctors Consulting Suites. This position is permanent full- time and will commence in January 2025. Medical practice experience is essential.

This position would be ideally suited to someone who has:
- A high level of communication skills both written and verbal along with excellent customer service skills.
- Well presented, courteous and empathetic nature;
- Professional phone manner and approach to work;
- High attention to detail & accurate data entry;
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment;
- High energy levels with a ‘can do attitude;
- Proficient in the use of MS Office;
- Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $33.59 – 35.75 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clerk Grade 4 Yr 1 to - QLD Clerk Grade 4 Yr 4)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
