About the Role
On offer is a casual position working across Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital (SCUPH) and other Ramsay sites on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
The Supply department procures and manages the delivery of a wide range of clinical and non-clinical consumables, equipment, and capital items throughout the hospital. The department operates on a daily ward replenishment cycle and uses SAP to manage all inventory transactions.
The successful person will be responsible for stock replenishment in critical care areas, picking and packing orders, unpacking stock, the delivery of supplies, updating product barcodes and much more. Overall, you will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient supply service for our Hospital.
You will work alongside a professional team and report to the Supply Manager.

About You
- To succeed in this role, you will be a highly organised with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- You will have a strong team focus and the ability to be flexible with shifts.
You will also demonstrate:
- Experience in working in a service focused, busy supply environment
- Previous experience in hospital supply desired
- Proven ability to successfully undertake complex tasks and meet deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Experience with SAP and RF Scanners (Desirable)
- Forklift Licence (Desirable)
- Sound computer skills (experiencing using MS Office programs)
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Available Monday to Friday between hours 7.30am to 4pm
Remuneration
$26.50 - $31.98 + Casual loading + superannuation based on experience and qualifications. Exclusive of penalties and allowances.

Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital opened on 4 November 2013, offering a comprehensive range of inpatient and day services across a wide range of specialties.
Facilities include 9 state-of-the-art operating theatres, two cardiac catheter laboratories, a minor procedure room, a day surgery unit, an 11 bed intensive care unit/coronary care unit and an 9 chair day therapy unit. Medical consulting suites are located onsite together with comprehensive pathology and radiology services. Other onsite facilities include a retail pharmacy and coffee shop.

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
