Executive Assistant to Performance Acceleration

 

  • Permanent, Part-time position 30 hours per week

The Opportunity

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a dynamic and fast paced Executive Assistant ready to provide essential support to the Performance acceleration team. In this role, you’ll manage schedules, coordinate appointments and travel, handle correspondence, prioritise tasks, assist with project management and ensure smooth daily operations, all while acting as a gatekeeper for Head of Performance Acceleration. Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver high-quality, confidential administrative support to meet service delivery objectives.
  • Proactively manage and prioritise calendars, adjusting appointments as necessary.
  • Coordinate all aspects of appointments, meetings, events, travel, and expense processing.
  • Prepare for meetings by drafting agendas, compiling briefing materials, taking notes, and tracking follow-up actions.
  • Handle phone calls with professionalism, redirecting or taking messages, and addressing inquiries.
  • Draft, proofread, and refine correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Conduct research and gather information on key topics to support reports and issue responses.
  • Keep Leadership Team members informed of upcoming commitments and relevant issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the Leadership Team, coordinating meetings and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

 

Your Skills and Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience providing dedicated support to executives and senior management.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, consistently maintaining a positive and composed attitude under pressure.
  • Exceptional attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, with strong proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Trusted with handling highly sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Self-driven and highly efficient, with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Adaptable and proactive, skilled in prioritising tasks to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools, with intermediate to advanced expertise.
  • Quick to learn new technologies, rapidly acquiring technical skills as needed.
