About the role:
Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with various Executive leaders on a broad range of projects, you’ll be working within a fast-paced, dynamic team, which thrives on delivering exceptional project planning and execution to achieve the hospital’s objectives.
You will have variety plus in this role, some of the duties and responsibilities include
- Develops project implementation plans and strategies in accordance with agreed objectives and timeframes.
- Conducts reviews and assessments of key projects.
- Identifies key projects and improvement opportunities in collaboration with the Executive Team.
- Consults closely with key stakeholders across JHC to facilitate the effective development and implementation of strategies and programs.
- Provides support and advice to key stakeholders around project management and improvement methods.
- Plans and schedules project timelines providing regular updates when required.
- Provides appropriate and timely briefings for the Executive Team.
- Maintains project plans and monitors progress against these.
- Works with and co-ordinates project team members and other members of staff to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification.
- Uses key data to identify key issues and trends.
- Supports key stakeholders in the reviews and development of process maps.
- Implements solutions using appropriate change management techniques.
About you:
To be successful for this opportunity, it is vital for you to have well-developed conceptual and analytical skills, a bias for progressive improvement and a can-do attitude..
You will also bring:
- Experience developing and using tools of project management methodology.
- Demonstrated understanding, skills and knowledge in the implementation of effective change management and improvement strategies.
- Proven ability to establish networks, communicate effectively at all levels, collaborate and influence key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of strategies to manage financial, physical and technological resources and information requirements.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service, integrity and personal development in a large service-based organisation.
- Process improvement focus.
- Prepare internal communication content.
Remuneration: On offer is base annual salary ranging from $130,000 - $140,000 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
