The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced analyst to help manage the operations, development, and growth of our digital platforms and services. Your role is to ensure that our digital platform capabilities and services meet the needs of our users, achieves its objectives, and operates smoothly. You will be reporting to the Technical Platform Lead and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing digital capabilities and services across multiple platforms. This role requires robust analytical skills, strategic thinking, platform development experience and a genuine passion for driving innovation in the healthcare industry. You will help bridge the gap between our platform, end users, technology, and delivery. This position calls for a practical application of platform capabilities and solutions within a large organisation. Design and delivery experience in domains such as User Engagement Platforms, Workflow Orchestration and Core Product Platforms is required.

 

The Role

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the definition of digital capability solutions using Feature Cards, ensuring capabilities are reusable, extendable, and interoperable.
  2. Responsible for platform capability roadmaps, mapping functions on roadmap to backlog demand and establishing prioritisation in conjunction with product team.
  3. Lead the definition of platform technical roadmaps including capacity planning, upgrade strategies and technical enhancements.
  4. Lead of platform capacity monitoring and health checks, including continuous improvement.
  5. Lead Governance Forums collaborating with Architecture, Experience and Delivery teams to bring together multiple streams of work under the one capability discipline.
  6. Liaison with Enterprise Architecture teams to inform, educate and support decisions related to use of Digital Platforms and its place in the overall ecosystem.
  7. Evaluate technical risks to the integrity of platform availability, performance, servicing and compliance.
  8. Agile development working in multidisciplinary squads transforming complex business requirements into efficient digital solutions.
  9. Identifying dependencies and blockers between delivery timelines and capability roadmaps.
  10. Evaluating market trends, and integrate new features, functionalities, or technologies to enhance the value propositions of our digital platforms.
  11. Regularly showcase platform capability to Business Users and stakeholders.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

Essential Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in platform or product delivery.
  3. 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Appian-based solutions.
  4. Proven experience in designing and implementing digital capabilities like process automation, workflow orchestration, third party digital services and user interfaces.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
