Allied Health Receptionist
Ramsay Health Plus – Rockhampton is seeking a casual, Allied Health Receptionist to support the success of our outpatient clinic and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
This role will see you provide support and assistance to patients and staff and undertake the following responsibilities:
- Manage enquiries and schedule patient bookings
- Processing payments for appointments
- Maintain diary management for our team of Allied Health professionals
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and presentable
This position will suit someone who is looking for a casual position working a minimum 8hrs per week with the ability to increase hours for leave coverage.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your high attention to detail and accuracy, strong computer skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities will see you succeed in this role.
You will also bring:
- Front Reception experience with a strong willingness to learn
- Experience with Patient Management Systems, Nookal (desirable)
- Professional phone manner and approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously and harmoniously as part of a team.
- Excellent presentation, courteous and an empathetic nature;

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
