About the Role
As our Clinical Nurse, you’ll take the lead, support your team, share your knowledge, and be a great positive role model to junior team members.
This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position.
Your Skills and Experience
You’ll be a qualified nurse with great people skills, confident communication, and a knack for delivering excellent customer service
You will also demonstrate:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in the speciality area.
- Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
- A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance.
- Clinical leadership experience is desirable.
- Experience with Auditing, competency assessment, Development and updates of Policies and work instructions.
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)
