Join our friendly team as an Administration Officer at North West Private Hospital.

About The Role

The administration officer role requires a flexible and adaptable person who can learn multiple facets of our business and happily immerse themselves within a different department on a daily basis.

You will be required to work across multiple areas of the hospital including but not limited to front reception, preadmissions, day surgery reception and the wards.

About You

You will be an effective and approachable administrative professional with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service. This role calls for individuals with a strong capacity to manage a variety of administrative tasks and priorities over the course of a workday.

You will also demonstrate:

• Previous administrative experience in a hospital/medical setting desirable
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and health funds highly regarded
• A professional and personable disposition
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Willingness to learn and the ability to grasp concepts with ease
• Experience using Meditech is an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills

Renumeration: On offer $29.78 + superannuation.  

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
• This role requires a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
