The Position:
Our customer focused administration team are responsible for ensuring the seamless patient health journey. This opportunity will see you responsible for key duties including patient scheduling, pre-admission and admission of patients across our 2 hospitals, Castlecrag Private Hospital and Hunters Hill Private Hospital
As a first point of contact for our doctors, patients and their families you will strive to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for all.
You will handle appointments, phone enquiries, billing, records keeping and other ad hoc administrative duties while supporting our medical team with efficiency.

Key Skills and Experience
- Prior administrative experience
- Intermediate-advanced skills utilising the Microsoft office suite with ability to maintain data entry accuracy.
- Previous experience in the health care industry is desirable
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Proven ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $32 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualification.

- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
