In the role of the Hotel Services Assistant, you are to provide and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in line with infection control guidelines in all areas throughout the Hospital whilst delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. To be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness within the department in line with HACCP and the Hospital Food Safety plan whilst achieving high standards of quality and service.
This role will require you to
- Maintaining food hygiene, a clean working area and safety practices
- Deliver food & beverages to the hospital patients and staff
- Work productively in a team whilst independently managing your workload.
- Cleaning of hospital
Your Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also be punctual, reliable and with a commitment to genuine, friendly customer service.
- Previous experience in a catering or housekeeping role desirable, but not essential.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Compliance with Food Safety and Workplace, Health and Safety
- Certificate II or Certificate III in Hospitality (desirable)

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
