We are recruiting for two exceptional leaders to step into the role of Team Leader in our Theatre Recovery Ward! Permanent fulltime roles. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support the smooth running of our theatre operations while leading and motivating a dedicated team of theatre assistants.
About You
• Minimum 4 years experience
• Demonstrated experience in a management role
• Supervising and coordinating the front-of-house team to deliver excellent patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Remuneration
$32.22 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
