About the Role
As a Communications Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer focused service as the first point of contact for our patients, visitors, specialist, and clinical and non-clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to various department
- Answering questions from patents, visitors, and staff, providing them with accurate and timely information
- Must be available to work a 24/7 rotating roster, which means you must be available for all shifts, day/night, weekends and holidays.
Required Skills and Experience
To be a successful applicant, you need to align with the Ramsay Value’s of ‘People caring for People’, demonstrating the ability to provide outstanding customer service and strong communication skills, as well as strong administrative skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced switchboard or similar role.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent service with courtesy and respect for everyone you interact with.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, including excellent enunciation, articulation, and listening skills for effective telephone conversations.
- Values honesty, integrity, and ethics
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated ability to handle issues and resolve conflicts effectively
Remuneration
On offer is an hourly rate ranging from $29.78 + superannuation based on qualifications and experience, exclusive of penalties and allowances.
