Clinical Trials / Oncology Pharmacy Technician

Are you detail oriented, fast on your feet, and passionate about making a difference in oncology and clinical research? Ramsay Pharmacy at Greenslopes Private Hospital is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support our expanding clinical trials and oncology services.

What You’ll Do

As our Clinical Trials/Oncology Pharmacy Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering modern, patient-focused pharmacy services in a hospital dispensary setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pharmacists in dispensing medications and processing prescriptions
• Preparing investigational products and maintaining accurate trial documentation
• Compounding medications using aseptic technique
• Collaborating with research coordinators, nurses, and oncologists to ensure seamless trial operations
• Managing inventory and stock control for trial and oncology medications
• Staying up to date with study protocols and regulatory requirements

 What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in hospital, oncology or clinical trial pharmacy preferred
• Certificate II in Community Pharmacy(desirable)
• Compounding experience (desirable)
• Experience in using CHARM software (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• National Police Check (within the last 12 months

Requirements
