About the Role

We are currently seeking the talents of an experienced Sterilisation Manager who can provide leadership support to our sterilisation team. 

Warringal Private Operating Theatres currently consists of 11 Operating theatres.

 

Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, your communication and leadership skills will allow you to inspire, motivate and mentor your team.

Other criteria;

  • Highly experienced Instrument Technician with Sterilising Practice for Technicians, or equivalent qualification, awarded by a registered training organization.
  • Relevant Nursing Registration with APHRA OR highly experienced Instrument Technician with Understanding requirements of AS/NZS 5369/2023
  • Previous experience within a management or leadership role is essential
  • 3 years minimum experience within a sterilisation team or unit of 5 or more theatres.
  • Certificate IV in Health -Sterilisation Services
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources. 

 

Remuneration: On offer is base hourly ranging from $41.76 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualifications.

Requirements
