About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse on Ward 23, you will care for a mix of general medical and surgical patients. In this key leadership position, you will act as a team leader, mentor junior staff, and serve as a professional resource and role model.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced nurse with:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience in the relevant specialty.
• Post-graduate qualifications (highly regarded).
• A strong interest in mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Clinical leadership experience (desirable but not essential).

Remuneration: A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 hourly + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances (QLD RN/RM Level 2).
