Joondalup Health Campus is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Midwife to join our Private Obstetrics and Gynaecology Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in providing exceptional, evidence-based, woman-centred care.

About the Role
As a Clinical Midwife, you will provide expert clinical care and support to women and their babies throughout the antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods. You will champion safe, high-quality maternity practices and act as a clinical leader and educator within the team—guiding and supporting colleagues in complex or high-acuity situations.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about excellence in care and continuous improvement, who demonstrates leadership, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the Ramsay Way values of People Caring for People.
 
About You
You will bring advanced clinical skills, sound professional judgment, and a warm, collaborative approach to patient care. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships will be essential as you work alongside women, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Essential Criteria
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife.
- Extensive midwifery experience demonstrating advanced clinical expertise and problem-solving ability.
- Minimum of five years post-registration experience, including at least three years in maternity and obstetrics.
- Postgraduate qualification in Midwifery or related field (highly regarded).
- Demonstrated understanding of quality and continuous improvement processes.

- Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
