Step into a vital role where every day makes a difference. We are seeking a motivated Stores & Supply Officer to join our busy department and help keep hospital operations running smoothly.

About the Role

As part of our dynamic supply team, you will play an essential role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of medical and non-medical supplies across the hospital. From receiving and processing stock to maintaining inventory accuracy, your attention to detail and teamwork will help support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check and store deliveries in line with inventory procedures.
  • Replenish and maintain stock levels across departments using SAP.
  • Support hospital staff with supply enquiries and urgent requests.
  • Participate in stocktaking and imprest review processes.
  • Uphold safety and manual handling standards at all times.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in supply, logistics or purchasing.
  • SAP or similar inventory management experience.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Current QLD driver’s and forklift licences.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare supply setting.
  • Qualifications in Purchasing or SAP.

Requirements

  • Must provide or complete a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
