The Opportunity
We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our dedicated Oncology Team at Western Sydney Private Oncology and Infusion Centre located within the Westmead Specialist Centre near Westmead Private Hospital.
In this rewarding role, you will provide personalised care to oncology patients and offer meaningful support to their families. Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will work under the guidance of the Department Manager and Senior Clinical Nurses, to deliver high-quality patient care aligned with the values and strategic direction of both the hospital and Ramsay Health Care.

To succeed in this role, you will be a positive and effective team player with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide patient focused care.
You will also demonstrate:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years in a hospital based postgraduate role
- Previous demonstrated experience in oncology
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $37.75 - $53.02 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72]
