The Opportunity
Our Day Oncology and Infusion Centre is looking for nurses with background experience in oncology. As a Chemotherapy Nurse, you will be responsible for the administration of chemotherapy and supportive treatment, education of treatment side effects and the effective strategies for the management of these side effects.

To succeed in this role, you will be a positive and effective team player with excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide patient focused care.
You will also demonstrate:
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse
- Minimum three (3) years in a hospital based postgraduate role
- Previous demonstrated experience in oncology
- Understanding of cytotoxic medication
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
