We’re currently recruiting multiple HR Officer / HR Administrator roles across Queensland and Western Australia to support our hospital-based HR teams.
These are hands-on, operational HR roles suited to early-career HR professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are confident managing high volumes of employee documentation, contracts and compliance requirements.
The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll provide broad HR coordination and administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, working closely with hospital leaders and partnering with our centralised HR and Talent teams.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring recruitment, onboarding and compliance processes are managed accurately and efficiently - particularly in a high-volume healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment coordination and onboarding administration
- Preparing and issuing high volumes of employment contracts and variations
- Conducting and following up on compliance checks (including AHPRA registration checks)
- Managing pre-employment documentation and ensuring audit readiness
- Monitoring and following up outstanding compliance requirements
- Supporting referral bonus administration
- Providing general HR advice aligned to awards, Enterprise Agreements and policies
- Assisting with leave management, payroll queries and employment changes
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting employee relations processes and documentation
- Liaising with internal stakeholders across hospital operations and corporate teams
- Managing phone and email enquiries from employees and leaders in a professional and responsive manner
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 3+ years’ experience in an HR Administrator, HR Officer or HR Coordinator role
- Has exposure to modern awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Is confident providing general HR advice within established frameworks
- Is highly organised and comfortable managing high volumes of contracts and documentation
- Has strong attention to detail, particularly in compliance-heavy environments
- Is confident and professional when dealing with stakeholders over the phone
- Thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Holds (or is working toward) a qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
- This role will suit someone who enjoys the operational side of HR, takes pride in accuracy and compliance, and is looking to continue building their capability across the full scope of HR operations.
