As Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a key leadership role in guiding a dedicated multidisciplinary team, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care for our patients.
Essential Criteria:
- Eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Extensive knowledge and application of clinical practice related to mental health nursing.
- Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and material resources.
- Ability to plan, develop, implement and evaluate a Quality Improvement program.
- Ability to identify and develop strategies to meet learning requirements for ward.
- Willingness to accept and promote the Ramsay Way Values.
Desirable Criteria:
- Relevant Post Graduate qualification.
- Experience working with ECT
Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $66.09 + superannuation + levels of experience and qualification.
