Use your design skills to make a national impact
About the role
We’re looking for a Corporate Graphic Designer to support Ramsay Health Care’s national Communications team, delivering high-quality, brand-aligned design across our most visible and strategically important materials.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling and execution. You’ll work across internal and external communications, designing everything from corporate reporting and executive presentations to employee communications, digital and social assets and rapid-turnaround materials that support issues, announcements and change.
This is not a production-only role. You’ll interpret and strengthen briefs, apply sound judgement and help lift the overall standard of visual communication across a large and complex organisation.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal, external and strategic communications colleagues and manage design delivery across both planned reporting cycles and day-to-day demands.
What you’ll bring
• Proven experience as a designer in a large or complex organisation or agency environment
• Strong capability in layout, typography and information design, particularly for corporate audiences
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Demonstrated experience designing long-form corporate documents, reporting content or executive presentations
• Confidence translating complex or sensitive information into clear, accessible visuals and infographics
• Ability to interpret briefs, challenge where needed and propose stronger visual solutions
• Experience managing competing deadlines with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfort working within established brand and accessibility guidelines
• Curiosity and capability with AI-supported design tools
• Experience in healthcare, regulated or ASX-listed environments is well regarded, as is familiarity with DAM systems or basic motion design for digital assets.
