The Opportunity
Ramsay Health Care is seeking a motivated and skilled Facilities Technician – Electrician to provide essential maintenance support across our Gold Coast sites. In this role, you will carry out a variety of maintenance tasks while ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, corporate policies, and approved hospital budgets.

This permanent full-time position involves working across multiple locations, (Predominantly at John Flynn Private Hospital)

• Ballina Day Surgery

The ideal candidate will have a reliable vehicle and be flexible to travel between sites when required.  Participation in an on-call roster is also required.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in commercial facility maintenance, preferably a hospital environment
• Ability to work unsupervised and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License
• Develop and apply working knowledge of tools and equipment including their usage, application and safety requirements
• Must have Current Qld Electrical Workers Licence
• Good Computer Literacy
• Ability to interpret Schematic Diagrams
• Problem Solving Skills

Remuneration: Will be based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
