What you’ll do

An exciting new Pharmacy Technician position is available at Ramsay Pharmacy Lake Macquarie Private Hospital in New South Wales. This is a full-time position on a rotating roster which includes weekend shifts.

As a Pharmacy Technician, you’ll work alongside our team of Pharmacists and collaborate with Nurses and other healthcare professionals to help maintain smooth pharmacy operations that support multidisciplinary care.
  
Key responsibilities:

• Dispense and supply medication for inpatients
• Deliver medication to hospital wards
• Assist with managing ward imprest and dispensary stock management
• Pharmacy PBS claims and general administration duties   

What you’ll bring

• Previous Pharmacy experience
• Certificate II in Community Pharmacy and S2/S3 qualifications are considered an asset.
• You love working in a team and collaborating with others to deliver excellent care.
• You are engaged, flexible, responsive – and you like working with others just like you.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
