About The Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic After Hours Medical Officers to join our dynamic clinical team. This role offers broad exposure across medical and surgical specialties within a supportive environment.
You will work closely with experienced Consultants, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
Your Skills and Experience
- Hold General registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) or be eligible for registration under the Competent Authority pathway
- Minimum two years post graduate experience in an Australian hospital or equivalent
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and actively participate in education and supervision programs
- Ability to participate in a rotating roster mornings and evenings

The Hospital
Tamara Private Hospital is a 45-bed acute medical, rehabilitation and advanced surgical hospital situated in Tamworth NSW. The Hospital provides an extensive range of medical and surgical services including a specialist Day Surgery Unit. The theatre complex consists of four operating theatres and one endoscopy room.

Requirements
- Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
