About the Opportunity
Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital is searching for an energetic and forward thinking Supply Manager to provide procurement direction and leadership to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a hospital that values innovation, quality, and people.
In this role, you will:
• Oversee the efficient purchasing of goods, services, and equipment
• Ensure the hospital’s needs are met with exceptional value, quality, and service
• Lead best practice receiving, storage, and distribution of general and medical supplies
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the hospital
• Guide and support a small, dedicated supply team
We’re looking for a proactive leader who thrives on analysis, problem solving, and continuous improvement—someone who wants to contribute to a high performing, patient focused organisation.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring proven experience managing supply networks, ideally within a hospital or medical environment. You’re a confident communicator, highly organised, and process driven, with a meticulous eye for detail.
Additionally, you bring:
• Logistics or supply related qualifications (desirable)
• Experience in a hospital supply environment (desirable)
• Training or qualifications in Purchasing or SAP (desirable)
• Previous experience in supply or purchasing roles
• Proficiency with SAP or other computerised inventory systems
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Requirements
