About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse to join our Maternity team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centred care to women and newborns, supporting midwives and Registered Nurses to ensure safe and positive birth experiences.
The available position is for a permanent part-time night duty enrolled nurse.
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager, Clinical Nurses, and Shift Leaders, you will plan, assess, and provide patient-centred care while supporting the smooth operation of a busy surgical environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated maternity team.
About the Role
Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care to antenatal and postnatal patients
- Support midwives in the care of mothers and newborns
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with breastfeeding support and newborn care education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Contribute to a supportive and family-centred care environment
Your Skills & Experience
You are a motivated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse with a strong commitment to patient care and teamwork within a fast-paced hospital setting.
Essential criteria:
- Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (IV Qualified)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an acute hospital environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organisational abilities
- Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster

Requirements
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
