Our Program 
 
Ramsay’s Graduate Program is a structured pathway that supports your transition from graduate to confident, skilled practitioner, with two distinct stages: 

Year 1 – Explore Your Potential 

• Gain hands-on experience through rotations in multiple clinical settings: medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity, and critical care. 
• Discover your passions, develop core clinical skills, and receive your Graduate Program Certificate of Completion. 

Year 2 – Focus Your Expertise 

• Tailor your development to your chosen specialty, supported by dedicated mentoring 
• Access Commonwealth-supported postgraduate study in selected specialties to deepen your clinical expertise

Eligibility 

• Completed, or on track to complete, a Diploma or Bachelor degree 
• Eligible for AHPRA registration as an Enrolled/Registered Nurse or Midwife by August 2026 
• Hold valid Australian work rights
