About the Role
As the Receptionist, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and their families by providing a welcoming first point of contact. You will manage enquiries, schedule appointments, process payments, and provide diary management support to our team of Psychologists. The role sits within the Ramsay Psychology - telehealth team
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing patient and family enquiries (in person and over the phone).
- Scheduling bookings and processing appointment payments.
- Diary management for a team of Psychologists.
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring strong administrative skills, professionalism, and the ability to create a positive first impression.
You will also have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Experience working within healthcare or medical industries (highly regarded).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
