The opportunity

Join our team as Warehouse Assistant and take charge of ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time! In this role, you will use your healthcare warehousing skills across a variety of tasks, working independently while maintaining high standards.

You will be supported to perform at Linear’s high standards across all skill areas, while building a strong understanding of the processes that keep our healthcare warehouse running efficiently.

What you will do

In this hands-on role, you’ll keep our warehouse running smoothly by picking and packing orders, unloading containers, and ensuring stock is stored correctly. You’ll help maintain a clean, organised workspace and safely operate equipment such as forklifts and wrapping machines, while coordinating transport pickups and deliveries.

You will also be responsible to:

• Carry out cycle counts and keep data up to date in Excel, ensuring accuracy at every step.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner
• Critically review and develop policies and procedures to ensure they remain relevant to the needs of the Linear Medical Pty Limited
• Provide individual reports and analysis as requested
• Respond to internal and external audit requirements
• Operate at all times within the delegated level of authority
