About the role
Join our dedicated Ward 47 team, specialising in Orthopaedics. This part-time role is ideal for experienced and compassionate Registered or Enrolled Nurses committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, coordinating and evaluating the care delivery needs of each individual patient.
You will work alongside skilled and supportive healthcare professionals in an environment that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and ongoing development. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your nursing career while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring excellent clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. You will also be a proactive, team-oriented individual.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 months post-grad experience working as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse in an acute orthopaedic setting
- Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse
- Enrolled nurse must be IV qualified
- Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly organised with a proven ability to manage emergency situations
- Demonstrates strong adaptability in dynamic situations
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
