About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Nurse Leader to join our dynamic Cardiac Services Unit. This leadership role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality cardiac care while supporting and developing a skilled multidisciplinary team.
Our 36-bed Cardiac Services Unit delivers specialised care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and intervention, including structural heart, post-procedural cardiac care, acute coronary syndromes, and complex cardiac management. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, patient-centred care while supporting operational efficiency and clinical excellence within the unit.
About You

You will also bring;
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a nursing leadership role
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) qualification
- Significant experience in cardiac or critical care nursing
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capability
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Remuneration:
Remuneration will be allocated under the Ramsay Health Care Victoria Nurses & Midwives EA Agreement (base hourly rate + superannuation), contingent on experience level and qualifications, and is exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Requirements
- Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
