About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive clinician who is ready to take the next step as a Clinical Nurse. This is an advanced level Registered Nurse role, acting as a clinical and professional resource in all facets of caring for the patient whilst problem solving within the clinical setting. The Clinical Nurse contributes to, and participates in, the education of all graduates and novice staff by being involved in department orientation, in-service and clinical programs.
The Clinical Nurse contributes to, and participates in, the education of all clinical staff by being involved in department orientation, in- servicing and clinical competence programs. The Clinical Nurse will also make a valuable contribution to the Hospital continuous improvement processes. Greenslopes Private Hospital has a long-established history of providing quality cancer care, pain, and general day procedures to the local community, with an extensive range of inpatient, outpatient and supportive services.
About You:
- Minimum three (3) years post-grad clinical experience in post-operative acute care environments.
- Relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Passionate mentor with the ability to lead and support our team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to act as a positive role model and as a professional at all times
- Postgraduate qualification(s) in a relevant perioperative speciality (highly regarded)
Remuneration
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD Clinical Nurse/Midwife Level 2 gr1-gr4)

Requirements
