About the Role
Our 3-room Operating Theatre Department has permanent full-time & part-time opportunities available. Wangaratta Private Hospital provides an extensive range of inpatient and day patient services all located on site for the convenience of our patients. Equipped with advanced medical, surgical and diagnostic technology, the Hospital and our team of highly skilled practitioners are able to provide the very best of Medical, Surgical and Rehabilitation care.
The successful candidates will be joining a fantastic team with a diverse surgical caseload, including General Surgery, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, ENT, Urology, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology and Dental.
Your Skills and Experience
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in an acute hospital setting
- Recent perioperative nursing experience, scrub scout ideal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Remuneration
A base hourly rate ranging from $38.11 - $49.96 plus superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (VIC, Nurse & Midwives RN, L1/Gr 2-8)

Requirements
- Provide or complete a National Police Check (conducted within the last 12 months)
- Depending on the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
